Jim Miller has more than two decades of experience in insurance and self-insured defense. His expertise is in defending individuals and companies in actions involving products liability, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability and commercial litigation. He has significant experience in representing manufacturers of medical devices in product liability actions.
Jim has successfully argued cases before California’s Third and Sixth District Courts of Appeal. He has tried cases to jury verdict in El Dorado, Lake, Merced, Nevada, Placer, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Yolo, and Yuba counties.
Clients rely on Jim for his approachable demeanor, his responsiveness, and his dedication to providing sound legal advice quickly and cost-effectively.
